The "Jäger" apartment
Our “Jäger” apartment is artfully furnished, with an eye for detail. It features a living room with double bed and double bed convertible sofa, a bathroom with shower/WC, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a spacious terrace with a southwestern exposure, and a magnificent panoramic view of the entire “Unterland” district of South Tyrol.
The daily rate for two occupants is € 80.00
- Surcharge for an additional occupant: € 20.oo.
- Children up to 2 years of age are free of charge.
All-included services and amenities
Our apartments all feature the modern conveniences and come with bed linen, hand towels, satellite t.v., and Wi-Fi.
The kitchenettes are equipped with dishes, dish towels, automatic dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave oven.
We of course have a parking area for your vehicle – however, it is not covered.
You are welcome to relax on our sunbathing area and enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings.
The cozy seating arrangements all around the house are there for your use.
Our house also features a spacious lobby / dayroom with a small library. That’s also where we serve breakfast.
Additional services
You are welcome to make use of our breakfast bun service. Or, if you wish, you can enjoy a hearty breakfast including our homemade jams and jellies, fruit juices, and vegetables and fruits from our own garden.
Surcharge: € 15.oo per person.
You are welcome to use our washing machine, if needed.
Cancellation fees: When cancelling 1 month prior to your scheduled arrival, in the event of a delayed arrival, or when departing prematurely, we will charge you for 3 nights.
Arrival: Your accommodations will be ready for you to occupy starting at 2:00 p.m.
Departure: We ask that you please vacate your accommodations by 10:00 a.m., at the latest.
