We are delighted that you found us!
Our farmstead is a little piece of paradise. At an altitude of 600 meters above sea-level, it enjoys a sunny and peaceful location in the neighborhood of Kalditsch belonging to the wine village of Montan, situated along the idyllic South Tyrolean Wine Route. Our farm is surrounded by fruit orchards and vineyards, and boasts a lovely view of the “Unterland” district of South Tyrol. We are the ideal starting-point for pleasant outings, invigorating hikes, bicycle excursions, and exciting motorcycle tours to the neighboring Trudner Horn Nature Park, to the Dolomites, or for a refreshing dip in Lake Kaltern.

For an unforgettable holiday amidst a verdant landscape
Our lodgings have undergone a careful and complete renovation and modernization.
We have three small apartments and one double bed room.
We are located about 10 minutes from the historical town square of the community of Montan, where you will find restaurants and pizzerias, a grocery store, a tobacco shop, a butcher shop, and a bakery.
The “Tenz” restaurant is in our immediate vicinity and can be easily reached by foot.
Always something going on
Auer, Montan, Neumarkt and Salurn offer a variety of events.
